I'm not a huge comic book guy, but my younger cousin has become infatuated with Deadpool comic books. Anyone know of any places to purchase Deadpool comics?

Probably at a comic book store.  Or Amazon.com... they have everything.

Queer- The best way to describe the relationship between Donovan Midas and Gary.  Only one thing has been found to separate their love and that was the day Gary found out about Midas' date with Fnord.  Gary, feeling betrayed, went on a tirade and began hurtling random insult at Fnord until his anger subsided.  The two have since returned to being lovers, but with Fnord still around it is now a rocky relationship at best.

You can always hit your local comic book store and ask them to keep you a copy (putting it on your "pull list".) The digital option is also good, if your cousin has some kind of mobile device (Marvel have moved into offering comics via the iPad, and there are sites like Comixology where you can buy and download comics (there are, of course, less than legal options, but if you're just buying one title a month, you might as well get it legally.)

There are always trade paperbacks, too, which will contain whole story arcs of six issues or so - I know there are plenty of Cable & Deadpool trades.

I pick up Deadpool by Daniel Way, myself (that's another thing - there are, like, 80 different Deadpool comics these days, so make sure you know which one you want.) It's an entertaining read, but keep in mind it's rated T for teens.
