SCOUTING REPORTS FOR SEASON 7 DRAFT

Some of you have used PR budget (10 percent per player) to scout intensively on players. Boise and Virginia get 5 scouting reports each.

Just so I have it in one thread...amount used and on who and I can archive this once we finish the season. Your secret reports will come in a PM format for those using PR budget to scout players. So call this a reminder thread for me and you.
