Russ, and here I thought I was impressed with the results the previous weeks - yet here's the Round of 16 card, outdoing it entirely.

Absolutely adored the way you paced the action in all of the bouts, keeping things relevant in all of them - Benevolence/Nickles and Specter/Inoue were absolute treats to read in that perspective. Along with that, the New Experts and ORC confrontations just got a whole lot more interesting with the five-on-five elimination bout announcement now that Saint  (pissing off Flins in the process) and Exile are out of the tournament part.

I would definitely love to come back for the finale card, as the last month of writing and discovering this new character in Leander has been a ton of fun - and in the end, that's what it's all about. Congratulations to MDK on his end, man's proven time and time again why he's a force to be reckoned with in these tournaments.

Good work altogether Russ, cannot wait to see how the next few weeks and the remainder of the tournament unfold.

P.S. I BELIEVE IN KURT NOBLE!!!!!

First off lemme give a big ups to those who made it to Siberia.  You all did a fantastic job.  Secondly, congrats to all those who made it into the QF.

Thirdly, big congrats and kudos to Jack, you did a fantastic job and truly deserve to go through.  My hats off to you my friend, definitely a pleasure and an honor.

The results were spot on, I loved the way you went into more detail, and matches are now being announced for the final card which I think is spot on.  I'm curious as to what's going to happen with the New Experts and ORC, definitely a numbers thing there, they might need to balance a little bit out somehow.

I loved the seg with Pines and White, I thought it added some great levity to it, and I enjoyed it.

All in all I loved the results, I loved being part of this.. Big ups Russ.

What an epic set of results leave it to Jack to try and push around the Warden lol.

The matches were longer giving more of a special feel for Siberia. Russ I know you get a lot of deserved Kudos already but man having to judge all those roleplays had to be insane. Everyone was spectacular!

I thought the segments tied in well. There's lots of back and forth going between the groups and having the announcement of the elimination match happen already was mint!

A very awesome show overall. Everyone was involved both in and out of the ring.

On a sidenote, was a pleasure rping against you Marq. You're one of the best!

I have to agree with Chris Strike on this one, the Round of 16 results definitely outdid the previous five weeks. Loving all the matches that were written and loving the heel tactics employed by the ORC in the no DQ realm. And the segments in between definitely helped the pace of the entire show. Excellent work on the matches.

Loving the announcement of the 5 on 5 elimination tag match to cap off the feud. It will definitely be interesting to see how the teams shake out in the coming weeks, and to see who gets recruited for the final showdown. Looking forward to the final show and what kind of matches take place.

Big congratulations to Sally Talfourd. You wrote a great piece this week which I found hard to top, though I did my best to try and give you some sort of competition. Though I think this knots us back up in our head to head match-ups lol. Now, go on and win the entire thing okay ;).

I enjoyed my time in the tournament and will be keeping up with everything every week. Sucks that the ride is over, but who knows, maybe I can cook something up for the final card.

Good luck to everyone left in the tournament, you've all definitely earned it! And major thanks, props, and all that good stuff to Russ for his hard work week in and week out. Definitely makes it rewarding on both sides of the fence, I'd say.

EDIT: Also enjoyed the little video bit on the Experts, mainly because it leaves intrigue to what it all means!

I <3 you guys, I really really do.

I'm just jazzed I got to be part of something like this, and I know I said it just a few posts above.. But I'm saying it again.  It was a ton of fun, and if I had to go out, I'm honored that Jacks' the one that did it..  Everyone who has made it this far, and shit everyone who showed up earlier and continued to rp? Be fucking proud...

You ALL rock.

Everyone is spot on here, every week results get better, but they really took a big leap this week and sold every one of the siberian sixteen perfectly. The opening segment was great, announcing the big match for the supercard at this point gives everyone something to work with and leaves plenty of time to hype it up (even more). The Pines/White segment was a great way of introducing some humour into the show, they would make quite the tag team. And I loved the 'video' for the Experts return as well, left me intrigued.

The added depth to the matches, as others have said, not only gave the show a bigger feel, but like I said, it made everyone look great. The Benevolence/Nickles match was pretty epic, the opening match spot with Sally putting Gates through the table really set things in motion. Personal favourite was the Specter/Inoue match, fun stuff.

Smash, was a pleasure facing you buddy. Hope to face off against you at some point again, as you're definately an opponent that forces me to improve. To be honest though, just from participating in the tournament I felt I have learnt a lot from everyone in this thing, reading all the variety of RP's, all the different characters, how can you not improve after being involved in something like this. I know the group stage had some problems, but the quality in writing throughout it and these rounds, it's been a pleasure to read. Got a feeling i'm not making much sense, so I'll leave it there. Looking forward to next week, and the always awesome, Sally Talfourd.

Alright, first off, Russ ... to be honest, there's really not enough words to explain just how awesome you have been throughout. Through the beginning until the end, the hard work you put in every day, hours, it is priceless. Hardest working dude, I've ever seen.

I deeply apologize for not leaving feedback on the awesome cards and the results in the past. This tournament has put me up to the test week in and week out. My first, real experience within the class of the extraordinary roleplayers that are awesome at what they do. I was just glad to be apart of the clan.

The results were past awesome, I fully enjoyed all the matches, all were outdone and spectacular. To my opponent in Adrien, awesome work bruv, appreciated the challenge. The outcome of that match was hardcore brilliant. Keep up the awesome work and may we meet again. Can't wait to see what the rest of this tourney will look like, thriller week continues, haha.

Again, From me and those who are part of the Phoenix Wrestling, it's been a pleasure of being apart of the "ET". Can't wait for the next go-round!

Russ, every week you exceed yourself. I mean, you could have gone and put in half as much effort as a regular group stage (seeings how this is just one night) but no - you went and wrote even more for the matches. You're a glutton for punishment and, just, the best! Thanks for going to all this effort for us, it's so appreciated!

CJ, I both loved and hated that this was a match against you. I was happy to earn a place in the next round from anyone (and, you know, if I wasn't good enough then I'd be bumped), but at your expense? I was loving the evolution of CJ in the tournament and I hate to see it end. Then again, if it evens up the ledger for, maybe it's not a bad thing haha? Thank-you for the competition this week - knowing it was you (and what you can pull out in big matches) I had to aim big. You've certainly warmed me up for the next round!

The signs, can I just say, were maybe the best set yet! A regular high-point for the results, but this week they really were good.

ORC and New Experts was carried on really well. As it stands, the storyline could go all the way to the finals - so that was some great creative and foresight from you, Russ. Well done again. That opening segment was amazing as well! MDK/Saint's exchange (albeit a small thing) I thought was just great. The push-and-pull of the "who's in and who's out". Marvellous. And to all you New Experts: Stay alive! Could be quite a stacked deck if we get through.

Results, well, I said when it was bitter-sweet last week it's the same again this week. Maybe moreso. Keaton, it was a dream working with you again. It seems we always meet up in these tournaments, so I imagine I'll be seeing you next time someone throws one!

The five-on-five match is very enticing as well. But, not quite as enticing as the finals!

I'm sure as sure the next round of promos and results will be even better, so I'm looking forward to what it all brings.

First and foremost...wow! Shocked a snuck by! Georgie you had a great RP, loved the heart your character showed in it. As I've said before, your character is a great one and was fun working with! Would love to do it again sometime!

As for the rest of the show, the 5vs5 announcement won it for me. Biggest and best part of the night. It's so cool that one way or another, we get to see a 'winner' in this group battle.

The rest of the show was great as always. Some pretty big upsets in my opinion. Great show!

I need to do week 5 feedback...but this show is more recent on my mind, ha.

First off, the 5 vs. 5 match is a grand way for the ORC vs. New Experts feud. Set the tone for the rest of the night, and will probably set the mood for the rest of the ET. Really glad I get to be a part of it if I don't make it to the finals!

Not gonna lie, this week totally threw me off in terms of who was going to win what match. A lot of these matches could have gone either way, and definitely makes the quarters just that much more interesting.

Not gonna lie, I lolled during the Pines segment. He's just a funny guy ("You're gonna get raped" is one of the best ways I've ever seen someone open an RP, ha).

The longer matches obviously made sense, and they still had the character moments I've come to appreciate from Russ's matches. Match of the night is obviously Nickles/Benevolence, which was enormously close RP wise IMO.

Jack being dragged away was hilarious to me. Really great heel moment.

I was a bit saddened no Thunder this week, but it makes sense in the context of being brutalized last week.

"Fuck ORC" - Love it, ha.

Also, the last line about Jeisa was a really nice touch. I never knew her, but it was sad to hear about.

Overall, really tense results all around. The matches, being one-offs now, have such a tense feeling to them. With only 8 left, and the results getting better and better, I really can't wait for the next week. Keep up the excellent work Russ!

I really liked the 5vs5 match announcement. And not because it's a huge match, even though it is, but because I'm really interested to see who each side brings in to make up the 5. It also shows how much of a sucker for punishment Russ is. Booking a match like that he has to judge and then write haha. Will he never learn!!!

As has already been said, the matches were another step up from before and had a really special feel to them.

The characters all were developed more. The Pines segment was really funny. I'm glad Warden acted the way he did to Russ/Jack--that's how I'd expect him to. And the announcement Thunder could be back is good for storyline development and necessary as the weeks decrease.

I also have no idea who Jeisa McGillivry. But it was a nice touch.

Because I like to be a dick and point out a negative I searched long and hard this week to notice that...

Noble came out with a cane on the show and had it taken off him in his rp. Assuming he wasn't given it back for the show itself I find it absolutely disgusting that you didn't take the time, on top of writing the best show yet and judging some ridiculously close rps whilst at the same time keeping up your commitments elsewhere, to double check that a detail as small and insignificant as that on the off chance that a twat like me would notice it! Disgraceful! >:(

So yeah. The fact that that's the only straw I could clutch at for a my jokey negative really shows how well you've been doing haha. Real good job, Russ. Keep up the good work! :)

Haha, see now I feel bad for the continuity error with Noble! Way to ruin my life Jerry. In all honesty after seeing that Chris didn't manage to post more than a really quick "I don't want to no-show" piece I've only skimmed Noble's just to check he definitely won, with a view to read it properly before I read his for this week to keep up with the story, so my bad on that one really!

Best show of the tournament so far for a number of reasons -- RP's were stellar, no no-shows, and results that only seem to get better and better. Seems like we're finally getting a good hold on our angles now that the troublemakers are gone (I blame the cavalry), and we can focus on the immense number of positives we have in the tournament. Jack Benevolence continues to show why he deserved the "EFK Roleplayer of 2010" moniker, and why Cindy is still the BEST female RP'er in the history of the game. Sad to see some of my favorites go out of the tournament, but no one should feel bad losing out to some of the top-notch talent we've got in our quarter-finals, currently. I mean, really -- what a tournament it's been, and Russ, thank you for giving me the opportunity to try out some more of my stupid shit in a way that most other feds would have kicked me out, already. I got to see work from people I've never seen before (Black Jaysus was a real, real stand-out to me), new characters from people I have seen (Vannah White! Awesome!) before, and overall, it's been just a fun experience. Is this Patrick Pines' last hurrah? After this tournament, I sincerely hope not, 'cause while I planned to retire the character, writing him has reinvigorated my fire for comedic writing, again.

Thank you, Russ!

Yeah. Making the mistake of taking me seriously I think :P If I had seen rps the comparative size I'm not sure I would even have skimmed Knoble's to check it was ok! So you've outdone what I would do in the same situation yet again you fucker!

I am going to take this to jazz up my sig some though :)
